This tool has been very helpful in the past. Although the development has been stagnant for a while. This tool is the inspiration for calendar sync plus. http://calendarsyncplus.codeplex.com/

Thank you so much for creating a simple, useful tool like this. I don't need complicated syncing - I just wanted my work calendar on my phone (and don't have the ability to connect to work server with non-approved device). Easiest method was to just push Exchange to Google Calendar. Despite a handful of full two-way sync options out there, this was the only solution that did only what I wanted: one-way push to Google Cal without creating duplicate entries. v1.0.9 works well for me, including the hourly sync, but I don't see the notification bubble and the minimize to tray doesn't seem to work (just disappears). Functionally, though, everything else works great. I can live with these minor issues.

Works great for syncing my work calendar (Exchange with Outlook 2013) to a Google calendar of my choice. Since our Exchange Server does not allow access without VPN my Android phone can finally have my calendar info through Google calendar. Only thing missing is start with Windows (easily solved by using the task scheduler) and the stay in tray doesn't really work as expected. But for my needs it is simple and perfect.

This is GREAT! After HOURS of time on forums, someone finally made it possible to go Outlook to Google. I noticed that of my events marked "Private" do not show up this way in the Google Calendar. Any way to fix this? THANKS!

Deleted all my old calendar entries going into the future on my primary calendar. What you need to first do is to create another calendar and then select that before syncing.

As this project has fallen dormant, I have revived it over at https://outlookgooglecalendarsync.codeplex.com! All the forks here have been merged (acknowledged in the new project - thanks). There are also plenty of new features, such as differential comparison of calendar items, more reliable method to match items, option to merge with existing items, attendees added properly...and of course, much more stable. I've just added in Google to Outlook sync as well. Take a look - feedback most welcome!

This program did load my Outlook calendar to my gmail calendar. Since it was my primary gmail calendar, it also wiped out any personal calendar entries that were already there. I lost all the information on that calendar.

Works Decent enough. Use the 1.1.0 version Fork from bycrobe for continued development (orginal author has not pulled these fixes into the core) Fork is availble at: Click on Source Code -> Forks -> allinclusive (first item in list) -> download. Extract the .zip file, and located in OutlookGoogleSync\bin\Debug are the executable. Just save this folder somewhere, and add it to your start menu.

It does what it says it does (one way sync from Outlook to a Google calendar), with simplicity, and with minimal configuration. -1 star because it does crash once a week or so, and because it locks the UI while it is syncing. Useful Tip: create a 2nd Google calendar to receive the updates from this app. This app will remove all entries from the destination Google calendar (which is great to turn on/off the display of only those entries).

Works for me, as long as Outlook is running. Using Outlook 2010 (32-bit) on Windows 7 Pro 64-bit.

It didn't work for me. I get an error: "Unhandled exception has occurred in your application... Object reference not set to an instance of an object When I hit continue it finishes but no data is synched.

Seems to work well with Outlook 2007 but it does not seem to delete items in my gcal that have been deleted in my outlook calendar. If I'm misunderstanding how this is designed to work, please let me know.

Love that this program FINALLY exists and solves the ridiculous problem Google and Microsoft have created in their squabbles. Great piece of code. The minimize to Tray function does not work. Just installed so I'm not sure if the Start in Tray function will work (hope it does!) or if the auto synch on X minutes of every hour works but I will edit my review to let you know.

I love this app. It works great but as already explained by others, the app does not minimize to tray and does not startup when windows starts. Because of this the app does not keep my Google Calendar updated automatically. I have to manually synchronize. I would give a 5 start rating if these two issues were resolved.

It works perfectly. No duplicate entries, no problem with minimizing. From time to time I get an error that it cannot read the Outlook calendar, but that occurs quite rarely and an app restart solves it. I had the need to use an authenticated proxy server, so I modified the source a bit and it works like a charm.

Works semi-perfectly; picks up meeting invites that I've not accepted. And it does not minimize to system tray and does not remain alive in memory to sync periodically.

Synchronization work perfectly, but there is a bug with minimizing window to tray.

This literally doesn't work. At first I though it was working, but it doesn't. Either that or it has stopped working. It syncs everything from my outlook to my gcal perfectly. Which it should. However, if I put something on my gcal only (like it's not on outlook) it will delete it when it syncs the outlook appointments. I would like this to combine the outlook appointments with my gcal, and have all of them on gcal. However this seems to just be putting my outlook appointments on gcal and deleting the appointments that were gcal exclusive. What's the point of that? PS I just lost a month of my appointments and birthday's because of this and i have no idea what they were...

Crashes when it can’t create its XML file and also when Reading Google Calendar Entries, which makes it useless.
